• Investigate and label fraud cases at scale, developing strong judgment on ambiguous and edge scenarios • Translate frontline casework into actionable insights for Product and Data Science (feature gaps, model behavior, new data validation) • Identify and quantify emerging fraud patterns, including business impact (e.g., loss avoided, attack vectors) • Support revenue workflows by turning fraud analysis into clear narratives for partners • Participate in live cross-functional workflows (Product, Data Science, Solutions, GTM) and contribute where useful • Build deep domain expertise through high-volume repetition, feedback, and continuous refinement of judgment • Own targeted analyses or projects that improve detection, workflows, or insight generation • Act as a bridge between frontline fraud signals and business decisions, ensuring insights are translated into action
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in fraud, risk, or a related analytical field
- Strong analytical judgment and attention to detail
- Demonstrated willingness to take on high volume, high-ambiguity work and improve quickly through repetition
- Clear evidence of learning velocity (e.g., taking on new domains, tools, or responsibilities over time)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable operating in an environment with high exposure and few rigid boundaries
- SQL or Python experience strongly preferred

What You’ll Do - Data-Driven Merchandising: Analyze real-time Ai data and sales analytics to evaluate purchasing patterns and adjust product mixes accordingly. - Planogram Management: Design and maintain machine-specific templates that optimize shelf space and visual appeal for "grab-and-go" customers. - Intelligent Purchasing: Manage the procurement of inventory primarily through wholesale partners including Sam’s Club, Costco Business, and Restaurant Depot. - Inventory Judgment: While purchases are based on automated inventory triggers and generated Purchase Orders, you must use professional judgment to revise these levels. You will monitor consumption rates to ensure high-demand items are in stock while proactively adjusting triggers to avoid product spoilage and minimize waste. - Performance Optimization: Collaborate with the GrabSpot™ team to identify underperforming products and introduce new SKUs based on market trends and Ai insights.
