Role Description GrabSpot is actively seeking Vending Location Scouts nationwide to find new homes for our smart coolers, micro-markets, frozen food displays, and complete breakroom services in their local markets. In this role, you aren't selling a product that costs the business money; you are pitching a free, high-end amenity to facility managers, HR directors, and property owners. Your goal is to secure the space in employee breakrooms, warehouses, manufacturing facilities, apartment complexes, clinics, and gyms so we can place our state-of-the-art snack and beverage equipment. If you have experience in route sales, coffee service, or the snack and beverage industry, this is the perfect opportunity to leverage your network and close highly rewarding, straightforward placement agreements in your home state. What You Will Do - Targeted Prospecting: Walk into high-foot-traffic facilities (industrial parks, distribution centers, clinics, and corporate offices) within your territory to identify potential locations for our equipment. - Pitch the Amenity: Effectively communicate the value of upgrading a facility's breakroom with our modern smart coolers and coffee services at zero cost to the business. - Site Evaluation: Assess breakrooms and common areas for foot traffic, electrical access, and overall viability for a machine placement. - Close the Placement: Secure signed placement agreements from decision-makers and hand the account over to our installation team. - Industry Networking: Leverage existing relationships in the commercial real estate, property management, or food and beverage sectors to generate warm leads. Qualifications - Experience in B2B field sales, specifically in vending placement, route-based services, micro-markets, or food and beverage distribution. - A proven track record of securing contracts or placement agreements with commercial properties. - Strong understanding of what makes a location profitable for unattended retail. - Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for daily field travel throughout your local metro area and designated territory. - Professional demeanor suitable for walking into corporate offices, combined with the grit to canvas industrial manufacturing parks. Role Description The Inventory & Merchandising Specialist is the strategic engine behind our sales performance. You are responsible for maximizing the profitability of each location by designing machine-specific product templates (planograms). By blending data analysis with purchasing management, you ensure that every Ai Smart Cooler is stocked with the exact product mix needed to satisfy local demand and drive high-volume sales. This is a remote, part-time position that requires a high degree of analytical judgment and proactive inventory control. What You’ll Do - Data-Driven Merchandising: Analyze real-time Ai data and sales analytics to evaluate purchasing patterns and adjust product mixes accordingly. - Planogram Management: Design and maintain machine-specific templates that optimize shelf space and visual appeal for "grab-and-go" customers. - Intelligent Purchasing: Manage the procurement of inventory primarily through wholesale partners including Sam’s Club, Costco Business, and Restaurant Depot. - Inventory Judgment: While purchases are based on automated inventory triggers and generated Purchase Orders, you must use professional judgment to revise these levels. You will monitor consumption rates to ensure high-demand items are in stock while proactively adjusting triggers to avoid product spoilage and minimize waste. - Performance Optimization: Collaborate with the GrabSpot™ team to identify underperforming products and introduce new SKUs based on market trends and Ai insights. Qualifications - Proven experience in inventory management, retail merchandising, or purchasing. - Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and inventory management software. - Familiarity with wholesale purchasing environments (Sam’s Club, Costco, etc.). - Ability to work independently in a remote environment and meet deadlines. - Experience with VMS (Vending Management Systems) or Ai retail platforms is a major plus.
