Job Summary We’re looking for a Senior Fullstack Engineer (Backend-Focused) to play a key role in a major modernization project — migrating a legacy .NET MVC application to a modern, cloud-native architecture on .NET 8.0. This is a high-impact position where you’ll help redesign and rebuild critical systems to improve scalability, performance, and developer productivity. While your primary focus will be backend development, you’ll also contribute to the Angular-based front-end, ensuring seamless integration across the stack. Qualifications and Job Requirements - 5+ years of experience in SaaS or Enterprise Application Development. - Proven hands-on experience with .NET Core and interest or experience with .NET 8.0. - Strong background building and deploying microservices in cloud environments (preferably AWS). - Advanced MS SQL Server skills — database design, development, and performance tuning. - Hands-on experience with Angular, including integration with backend APIs. - Experience using AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Amazon CodeWhisperer, ChatGPT, etc.) in a software development context to enhance productivity and code quality. - Demonstrated ability to write high-quality, self-tested code. - Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.
