Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer.
  • Deep understanding of the Salesforce platform, including Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, and declarative automation tools.
  • A strong grasp of multiple systems in our landscape (e.g., Salesforce, NetSuite, MuleSoft) and their interdependencies.
  • Proven ability to design for scalability and long-term maintainability of integration layers and system architecture.
  • Experience leading the debugging of complex, unexpected cross-system behaviors.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, essential for a global, asynchronous team.
  • An ownership mindset, with a proactive approach to finding and solving problems.
