• Plan and execute marketing projects and campaigns across cross-functional teams • Develop and maintain project timelines, ensuring deliverables are completed on schedule • Track project progress and proactively identify risks, issues, and dependencies • Coordinate internal resources to ensure smooth workflow and alignment across teams • Maintain project documentation, timelines, and status reports • Facilitate internal meetings, including status updates, kickoffs, and checkpoints • Ensure adherence to established processes and workflows • Assist in monitoring project budgets, burn rates, and forecasts • Track scope changes and support budget alignment with project requirements • Flag risks to budget or timeline early and escalate as needed
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, business, project management, or a related field with 2–4 years of experience in project management, preferably within a marketing, healthcare, or pharmaceutical environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with project management tools and systems (e.g., Asana, Smartsheet, Jira, etc.)
- Basic understanding of medical, legal, and regulatory (MLR) processes is a plus
- Collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and grow
