Regional Commissioning Project Manager

• Oversee commissioning projects from pre‑construction through close‑out • Manage client relationships and support regional business growth • Act as a people manager for assigned team members • Coordinate with general contractors, subcontractors, and project team members • Develop commissioning scopes of work and fee proposals • Develop project-specific test scripts and execute commissioning tests onsite • Monitor project performance, financials, and schedules • Facilitate commissioning meetings and distribute meeting minutes

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or 15+ years of equivalent experience in MEP construction, commissioning, and project management
  • Professional Engineering (PE) license required
  • Certification in Building Commissioning required
  • Project Management certification preferred
  • OSHA 10‑hour and 30‑hour Construction Safety training preferred
  • Proven project management experience
  • Knowledge of Building Automation Systems preferred
  • Field experience strongly preferred
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
  • Ability to read, understand, and act on project financial information
