Opportunity Overview: We are seeking an experienced Sr. Proposal & Strategic Response Manager to lead and scale our enterprise proposal function while also supporting high-impact, cross-functional initiatives across Sales and Revenue Operations. What you’ll do: - Own the end-to-end RFP and proposal response process for enterprise opportunities, including intake, timeline development, contributor coordination, and submission management to ensure high-quality, compliant proposals. - Develop compelling and differentiated proposal narratives tailored to payer audiences, partnering closely with Sales to align responses with deal strategy, win themes, and overall go-to-market positioning. - Manage and continuously improve the proposal content library, leveraging win/loss insights and stakeholder feedback to strengthen response quality, consistency, and efficiency. - Coordinate information security and technical due diligence processes, managing security questionnaires and assessments while partnering with Security, Product, Engineering, and Legal to deliver accurate and timely responses. - Serve as a cross-functional project lead for complex enterprise deals, coordinating workflows across Sales, Deal Desk, Legal, and other stakeholders to support contract intake, strategic partnerships, and large account expansions. - Drive alignment and accountability across teams by managing timelines, tracking deliverables, and proactively identifying and escalating risks or bottlenecks. - Improve the scalability and efficiency of the RFP and enterprise deal process, refining templates, intake processes, and documentation standards to streamline workflows. - Track and report on key operational metrics, including RFP volume, turnaround time, and response effectiveness to inform ongoing program improvements.
