• Own and evolve the existing marketing technology stack, including day-to-day system management, troubleshooting, and ensuring accurate data flow between platforms. • Drive continuous optimization of our marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo, 6sense, LeanData, etc.), proactively identifying opportunities to improve performance, scalability, and business impact. • Own data strategy across marketing systems, including data collection, segmentation, governance, and analysis to enable highly targeted, personalized campaigns. • Lead and influence seamless integration between marketing technology and adjacent systems (sales, customer support, product, etc.), ensuring alignment across the GTM. • Implement, oversee, and scale marketing campaigns to streamline lead generation, nurturing, and conversion processes. • Collaborate cross-functionally with content, design, growth, and digital marketing teams to develop high-impact, data-driven campaigns. • Define and maintain end-to-end processes to measure and track marketing performance (lead flow, lead routing, scoring, and lifecycle stages), ensuring clean handoffs, consistent attribution, and actionable reporting. • Establish robust reporting mechanisms to measure and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. • Develop and maintain program documentation, including project plans, timelines, and status reports. • Ensure marketing technology practices comply with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and industry standards.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience (6+ years) in Marketing Operations or Marketing Management with a strong focus on MarTech strategy and management.
  • Proficiency with an enterprise tech stack (Marketo, Salesforce, LeanData, 6sense, and Tableau, etc).
  • Marketo ACE-MEBP certification is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills with a track record of driving data-informed decisions and business outcomes.
  • Excellent project and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of marketing strategies, technologies, and industry trends.
