Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of relevant quantitative or technical analysis experience, preferably in marketing or e-commerce
  • Strong SQL skills for data manipulation and analysis, coupled with experience in statistical modeling (R or Python preferred)
  • Proficiency in marketing attribution methods, return on ad spend, and experimental test design (A/B testing)
  • Familiarity with diverse marketing tactics including optimizing customer retention through strategies such as Email, SMS, Push, SEO/SEM, Direct Mail, and more
  • Knowledge of modern data exploration and visualization tools like Snowflake, Tableau, Looker, Google Data Studio, or PowerBI, and proficiency in Google Analytics or similar digital analytics platforms
  • Effective communication skills to convey data insights across different audiences
  • Independent worker with cross-functional collaboration ability and adeptness in presenting insights to stakeholders
  • Strong organizational skills, time management, and multitasking capability
  • Ability to travel up to 5 days per quarter for Together Weeks, team gatherings and other events, when applicable.

Position Summary The Associate Director, Hematology Regional Marketing (RMK) role is a senior in-market position within the US Hematology/Cell Therapy commercial organization that will focus on commercial Thought Leader (TL) engagements to gain insights into regional opportunities, provide a bridge between regional markets and headquarters, regionally support the brand strategy, support promotional Speaker training and development, the execution of peer to peer educational programs, and support regional congress activity.
