Identify areas for improvement and work with the rest of the Strategic Initiative team to implement corrections. - Develop, track, and analyze operational KPI’s that will drive positive outcomes for our patients and employees through data visualization software (Power BI, Tableau, etc.). - Evaluate workflow processes and results to create strategy for improved efficiency processes and metric analytics. - Conduct internal audits and validations to measure and assure adherence to established BI standards. - Work closely with cross-functional teams to improve on patient facing processes across the organization with a focus on driving sophistication, scalability and standardization. If You Are: - Bachelor degree preferred. - 1+ years of Power BI experience preferred. - Demonstrate skills in quality improvement concepts, health care data analysis and the identification of workflow issues, and trends using health care data sources. - Ability to exercise a high degree of initiative, judgment and decision-making to achieve objectives. - Ability to share information effectively and provide appropriate direction, consultation and recommendations to leadership. - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
