• Design and produce high quality print, digital, and PowerPoint materials in support of Market Access initiatives (e.g., payer marketing, value tools, launch materials, unbranded/abovebrand campaigns) • Translate complex scientific, economic, and access narratives into clear, engaging visual storytelling • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and brand alignment across all deliverables • Apply knowledge of Market Access and Managed Markets audiences to creative decision making • Participate in concept development and iterative refinement based on strategic objectives and stakeholder feedback • Proactively propose new approaches, layouts, or visual systems to enhance clarity and impact • Partner closely with Account, Medical, Strategy, and Project Management teams to deliver on time and on brief • Incorporate medical/legal/regulatory feedback accurately and efficiently • Build trust and credibility with cross-functional colleagues through strong communication and reliability • Manage multiple projects simultaneously with minimal supervision • Take ownership of assigned workstreams from concept through production
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field
- 3-5+ years of professional design experience, preferably within a pharmaceutical, healthcare, or agency environment
- Prior experience supporting Market Access, Managed Markets, or payer focused work preferred
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
- Strong PowerPoint design expertise
- Figma/XD skills
- Working knowledge of print and digital production processes
- AI related skills and experience
- Video editing/motion graphics skills are a plus
- Ability to simplify complex information creatively
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Professional confidence and clear communication
