Together with Vlada Dzhobolda, Design Team Lead (Organic Growth Team) at Headway Inc, we’re looking for a Freelance Graphic Designer to create engaging visuals for our Headway blog. What will you do: - Create engaging visuals for blog articles, both to enrich the copy and convert users (main focus on raster images and data visualization). - Localize images for different languages and markets. - Resize image assets. - Potentially create visual content for Pinterest. - Take care of assets and the template library to stay organized and speed up the creative workflow. What do you need to join us: - 2+ years of experience in marketing design, blog design, or SMM design. - Advanced proficiency in Figma. - Experience with AI tools for image generation (e.g., Sora, Nano Banana, Midjourney, or similar), including strong prompt-writing skills. - Solid understanding of composition, typography, and color theory. - Ability to work with a high volume of tasks. - Experience with data visualization (infographics). - English at B1+ level. - Strong time-management skills and ability to meet deadlines. - Nice to have an understanding of SEO principles and how search engines work. What will you do: - Monitor mentions of Headway and Nibble on Reddit. - Proactively engage in discussions on Reddit and Threads. - Explain product concepts through microlearning-style content. - Craft expert responses that help shape and correct the narrative. - Handle negative comments and critical brand mentions in public discussions. - Escalate complex or sensitive cases to relevant cross-functional teams when needed. What do you need to join us: - 1+ years of experience in Community Management, SMM, Brand, or Growth. - Hands-on experience with Reddit, Threads, or other UGC-based platforms. - Deep understanding of how Reddit and Threads work. - Basic understanding of LLM output principles and SEO impact. - Upper-Intermediate+ English. - Experience in Customer Support or working with negative feedback will be a strong plus. - Basic understanding of performance marketing and brand strategy will be a plus. - High empathy, proactivity and ability to de-escalate conflict situations.
