This role is critical in ensuring continuity of day-to-day people operations while new processes and ways of working are being implemented. You will support and co-ordinate existing activities, managing HR queries, supporting basic Employee Relations (ER) matters, and employee lifecycle administration, ensuring a consistent and reliable service across the region. As new processes are introduced, you will transition alongside them, supporting their rollout, adoption, and ongoing delivery. This role requires someone who is comfortable balancing “business as usual” delivery with evolving ways of working.
