The Software Engineer I - Testing is responsible for IT QA testing and automation services. They support the team by executing test cases, maintaining test environments, and learning best practices in software testing and automation. This position reports to the Sr Mgr, IT GxP Compliance, and is part of the IT Department located in Fargo, ND and will be fully remote. In this role, you will have the opportunity to: - Execute manual and automated test cases under guidance from senior team members - Assist in designing and maintaining test environments and test data - Identify and document defects early in the software development life cycle - Collaborate with developers and product teams to resolve issues The essential requirements of the job include: - 0–2 years of experience in QA automation or software testing. - Familiarity with test automation tools and basic scripting (e.g., Selenium, Azure DevOps) - Understanding of software development life cycle and defect tracking - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (Associate’s degree with relevant experience may be acceptable) Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements: - None It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in: - Exposure to API testing and data validation - Experience work in Information Technology or Quality Assurance Join our winning team today.
