• Manage day-to-day configuration of Zoho CRM (modules, fields, layouts, views, validation rules, assignment rules, blueprints, etc.) • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements • Design and implement complex workflows to support business processes • Build and maintain custom functions using Deluge to automate repetitive tasks, improve user experience, and solve problems • Configure scoring rules, assignment rules, and process automations for leads, contacts, deals, and custom modules • Integrate Zoho CRM with other Zoho apps (e.g., Zoho Desk, Zoho Flow, Zoho Campaigns, Zoho Analytics, Zoho Sign) and third-party tools (e.g., Google Workspace, telephony/call tracking, web forms, marketing platforms) • Work with APIs and webhooks to build and maintain connections between Zoho and external systems • Collaborate with internal and external teams to scope, test, and deploy new integrations • Design and build new Zoho CRM modules to address evolving business needs, including custom fields, layouts, relationships, and permissions • Work with stakeholders (sales, marketing, operations, leadership) to understand pain points and translate them into structured CRM solutions rather than ad-hoc workarounds • Model data relationships between standard and custom modules (e.g., Leads, Clients, custom objects) to ensure scalability, reporting accuracy, and a clean user experience • Configure related lists, subforms, and lookup fields so users can easily access all relevant information in one place • Extend new modules with automation (workflows, blueprints, assignment rules, custom Deluge functions) to streamline processes and reduce manual work. Prototype, test, and iterate on new modules in a sandbox or controlled environment before deploying to production • Document new modules and processes, including naming conventions, field usage, and business rules, to ensure long-term maintainability and clear handoffs • Document system architecture, workflows, integrations, and SOPs to ensure long-term maintainability • Implement and enforce best practices for roles, profiles, permissions, and data security • Use sandbox/testing environments where appropriate to QA changes before production deployment • Continuously evaluate new Zoho features and recommend improvements to our setup

Active participation in sharing better practices on use of standards in alignment with Lead Clinical Da-ta Programmer and Process & Automation Specialist - Share trial learnings along with impact analysis with line manager and team. - Ensure the learnings are implemented to forthcoming trials / projects. - Ensure that the newest knowledge is collected and shared with relevant stakeholders including super users in Clinical & Data Science on database set-up and SDTM activities - Support communication around methods and standards in Clinical & Data Science - Give input to internal workshops and seminars. - Advise and assist co-workers when needed. Design, Programming and validate programs to check data accuracy and aid report generation - Perform QC by using relevant UAT reports. - Resolve QC issues (as appropriate) in liaison with Lead CDP Other areas of responsibility: - Perform post production changes. - Provide inputs to specification documents such as aCRF. - Activate the database in OC (Oracle Clinical) - Map data from OC to CDW ensuring consistency and correctness according to the SDTM data model / domains. - Create aCRF, define.xml. and SDRG (Study Data Reviewer’s Guide). - Finalize SDTM package and perform complete run in alignment with Biostats.
