What You Will Be Doing As the Field Sales Support Systems Engineer Senior, AMMM - Level 3, you will manage the logistics of spare and repair parts for one of our Direct Commercial Sales (DCS) customer. You will also support proposal development, project management, and finance management teams. Daily tasks and responsibilities include: - Coordinate with local satellite Third-Party Logistics (3PL) provider. - Provide Supply and Logistical support in the procurement, manufacture, and repair of AMMM aircraft spares. - Manage repair action in accordance with customer orders to achieve timely repair and return of assets. - Manage repair purchase orders from DCS, FMS, or USG customers. - Manage spares purchase orders from DCS, FMS, or USG customers. - Generate requisitions for spares orders and repair action in the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system (SAP). - Generate repair and logistics status. Deliver timely information to customers. - Manage repair action with Supply Chain Management, Contracts, and Customers in accordance with customer requirements to achieve timely delivery of spares; or repair and return of assets. - Preparing and/or coordinating required International Trade Compliance documentation for export control. - Must be a US Citizen. - Role may require some travel domestically or internationally. Role Description We are seeking a Business Systems Engineer to own and evolve Nada’s core business systems across sales/originations, marketing, and operations. Reporting directly to our Head of Product, you will be responsible for architecting, building, and integrating the systems that power the full lifecycle of a Home Equity Agreement. The primary systems you will own include: - Lead Management / CRM - AI Dialer / Voice Automation (Lead Qual) - Loan Origination System (LOS): Salesforce - Document Management System (DMS) - Capital Management This is a high-impact, 0→1 role for someone who enjoys building systems from the ground up, improving data flow across platforms, and acting as the technical owner of our go-to-market and origination infrastructure. This role demands a deep expertise in Salesforce and managing intricate integrations with external systems. Key Responsibilities: - Own Nada’s GTM and origination systems architecture end-to-end, including CRM, LOS (Salesforce), dialer/voice automation, document management, and capital management systems. - Design and optimize system workflows across the full customer lifecycle (lead → offer → underwriting → closing → portfolio management), with a focus on improving conversion, speed, and operational efficiency. - Serve as the technical owner of Salesforce (LOS), ensuring scalable architecture, clean data models, and high-quality user experience for sales and operations teams. - Architect and manage integrations between our proprietary POS, Salesforce, and third-party systems (dialers, DMS, data providers), ensuring reliability, performance, and data consistency. - Identify and eliminate friction in the funnel, proactively recommending system and process improvements that increase throughput and reduce manual work. - Build and maintain automation layers (flows, triggers, APIs) to streamline operations and reduce human intervention across the origination process. - Own data integrity and system governance, including validation rules, deduplication, monitoring, and audit processes. - Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Operations to translate business needs into scalable system solutions. - Act as the internal expert on GTM systems, advising leadership on tooling decisions, tradeoffs, and long-term architecture.
