Our work depends on a Directory Services Engineer / Senior Systems Administrator joining our CNIC Applications Support team which provides system administration and development/maintenance support of Commander, Navy Installation Command (CNIC) G2 applications. **This position is pending availability. ** MEANINGFUL WORK AND PERSONAL IMPACT - Senior System Administrator/Directory Services Engineer for G2 OPS. - Responsible for the design, implementation and maintenance of physical systems including servers, storage arrays, network devices and data centers. - Installs, configures and maintains virtual hosts, operating systems, applications and databases. - Documents IT infrastructure standards, processes and procedures. - Schedules and coordinates infrastructure maintenance outages with all key stakeholders to ensure high availability of operations. - Provides periodic status updates on scheduled maintenance and upgrade of all infrastructure systems. - Specializes in Directory Services AOR. - Troubleshoots hardware, network, software and application issues to identify bottleneck in operations and provides recommendations to ensure optimum performance and continuity of critical systems. - Provides tier 3 support as needed. - Daily Server and ETL job Checks - Patching (ad-hoc & routine) - ONV Password Resets - Monthly data refresh for Tableau Reports - Facts and Figures and CNO5x8 Enhancements as part of Get Real Get Better effort - QA/PROD Deployments - Troubleshoot Tier II/III tickets impacting platform availability - Support for Ad-hoc requests from EIM teams - Coordinate w/ SDP via IssueTrak tickets - Support for G2 Platform Projects (Server Upgrades, Rollover Projects, SPO Migration, JBAB & Saratoga Re-Alignment) - Directory Service Admin - May also support other CNIC applications on this contract. Our Directory Services Engineer / Senior Systems Administrator must have: - Security Clearance Level: Active Top Secret clearance. (A Secret clearance with completed T5 Investigation is acceptable). - Required Experience: 8 years of relevant IT experience - Systems Administration, Directory Services, troubleshooting technical issues, STIG. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range. Role Description We are seeking a Business Systems Engineer to own and evolve Nada’s core business systems across sales/originations, marketing, and operations. Reporting directly to our Head of Product, you will be responsible for architecting, building, and integrating the systems that power the full lifecycle of a Home Equity Agreement. The primary systems you will own include: - Lead Management / CRM - AI Dialer / Voice Automation (Lead Qual) - Loan Origination System (LOS): Salesforce - Document Management System (DMS) - Capital Management This is a high-impact, 0→1 role for someone who enjoys building systems from the ground up, improving data flow across platforms, and acting as the technical owner of our go-to-market and origination infrastructure. This role demands a deep expertise in Salesforce and managing intricate integrations with external systems.
