Role Description We are seeking a highly dynamic and experienced Head of Marketing to join Landvault and lead the marketing efforts for our web3 protocol, Matera. Along with ~$40M of funding for parent company Landvault, we have recently secured further funding to propel Matera and grow it into a household name in the web3 industry. As the Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for taking the protocol to market, managing KOLs and partnerships, and leading the marketing activities to take Matera from testnet to CEX listing and beyond. This is a hands-on role where you will lead and execute campaigns. - Execute marketing strategy for the public launch of Matera protocol and token - Drive traffic to the website and growth to Matera users - Create, lead, and optimize campaigns to increase brand awareness of Matera among developers, builders, and the web3 community - Take ownership of the product marketing and communication strategies - Identify partnerships and opportunities that provide growth for Matera protocol - Work closely with the product department to launch Matera applications - Build and execute a go-to-market and ecosystem development plan - Manage and grow our KOL list Qualifications - 3+ years experience - Experience in DeFi, DeSo, creator economy or adjacent vertical - Proven track record in launching a token or web3 project to the public Company Culture - Hands on - Fast environment - Flexible
