Affiliate Marketing Director – Performance Based, Commission

Internexus Indiana

• Develop and execute a comprehensive affiliate strategy to drive measurable revenue and new student enrollment • Identify, recruit, and onboard high-quality school partners and student ambassadors that align with our brand values • Continually analyze performance metrics to refine commission structures and promotional tactics for maximum ROI • Proactively identify and recruit potential school partners and student influencers through networking, outreach, and relationship building • Act as the primary point of contact for affiliates, providing them with necessary training, resources, and promotional materials to succeed • Negotiate and finalize affiliate agreements, ensuring clear terms, competitive commission structures, and profitability • Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling marketing materials tailored for student and educational audiences • Monitor affiliate activity and compliance daily, using data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement • Provide regular updates to senior leadership on program performance, key metrics, and growth initiatives

Job Requirements

  • 2+ years of demonstrable experience in affiliate marketing, partnership management, or performance marketing, preferably within the education or e-commerce sectors
  • Ability to interpret complex data and draw actionable insights to optimize conversion rates and ROI
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to secure high-value partnerships and manage diverse affiliate relationships
  • Familiarity with affiliate tracking platforms, CRM tools (like HubSpot), and analytics software (like Google Analytics)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred
