• Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of policies and procedures to ensure Internexus Los Angeles's programs and operations comply with the accreditation standards of the Commission on English Language Program Accreditation (CEA). • Conduct thorough reviews of existing documentation, curriculum, and operational practices to identify areas for improvement and ensure strict adherence to CEA requirements. • Support the preparation, compilation, and submission of all necessary reports and documentation required for CEA accreditation and ongoing compliance. • Serve as a resource for internal teams regarding CEA standards, providing clarification and guidance as needed. • Monitor and analyze changes in CEA policies, regulations, and best practices to ensure continuous and proactive compliance. • Collaborate with program coordinators, teachers, and administrative staff to integrate compliance requirements into daily operations and academic offerings.

• Develop and execute a comprehensive affiliate strategy to drive measurable revenue and new student enrollment • Identify, recruit, and onboard high-quality school partners and student ambassadors that align with our brand values • Continually analyze performance metrics to refine commission structures and promotional tactics for maximum ROI • Proactively identify and recruit potential school partners and student influencers through networking, outreach, and relationship building • Act as the primary point of contact for affiliates, providing them with necessary training, resources, and promotional materials to succeed • Negotiate and finalize affiliate agreements, ensuring clear terms, competitive commission structures, and profitability • Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling marketing materials tailored for student and educational audiences • Monitor affiliate activity and compliance daily, using data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement • Provide regular updates to senior leadership on program performance, key metrics, and growth initiatives
