• Lead end-to-end delivery of Oracle ERP, EPM, or OCI programs onsite • Own scope, schedule, budget, and delivery outcomes • Align finance, accounting, IT, and audit stakeholders across the enterprise • Act as primary interface with customer executives and program sponsors • Drive governance, reporting, and decision-making cadence • Ensure compliance with internal controls, SOX requirements, and audit standards • Manage dependencies across Oracle modules such as GL, AP, AR, and reporting • Oversee data migration, integrations, and financial reporting alignment • Track financial performance, forecasts, and variances at the project level • Identify risks early, escalate with clarity, and drive mitigation actions • Lead steering committees, design reviews, and executive briefings • Ensure quality delivery across customer-facing and internal deliverables • Enforce accountability across delivery teams, partners, and stakeholders

• Develop and manage a consolidated workplan and milestone tracker for the GMSF design phase. • Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and dependencies among consultants, internal teams, and external partners. • Support establishment of the SteerCo, including drafting and validating terms of reference. • Coordinate meeting schedules, prepare agendas and briefing materials, and synthesize deliberations into clear action points. • Maintain validated records (minutes, action logs, and follow-ups). • Review and integrate consultant deliverables into a single coherent draft business plan. • Ensure alignment between consultant outputs, stakeholder inputs, and strategic priorities. • Draft synthesis notes summarizing SteerCo deliberations, key decisions, and recommendations. • Produce periodic progress reports capturing milestones, risks, and emerging issues. • Deliver a final, validated Steering Committee business plan and an end-of-assignment integration report, including lessons and recommendations for Phase II.

• Manage the end to end project management workflow. • Able to complete project management tasks autonomously. • Ensure all projects are delivered on time as per customer SLA. • Establishes deadlines /ensures deadlines are feasible and completes tasks by said deadlines. • Effectively balances and manages priorities across a variety of task types and customers. • Responsiveness to internal and external comms within pre-defined SLAs. • Manage linguist communication for all projects. • Train supporting resources on key production processes and methodology. • Manage quality at project level - including Review, Verification, QA, LQE. • Risk analysis to identify risks, potential issues, plan to and mitigate them.

• Manage all aspects of the maintenance release process, including sprint planning, development, QA, and release. • Establish and manage expectations and success criteria for everyone on a project, including the team and internal stakeholders. • Develop, maintain, and monitor project plans, including scope, deliverables, timeline, and risk mitigation. • Communicate project information, including status reporting, meeting actions, change requests, risk reports, issue logs, schedule, and budget performance charts, etc. • Manage all aspects of project delivery, including defining project scope, specifying deliverables, estimating project duration and cost, managing project budget, creating detailed project plans, and managing project change lifecycle. • Collaborate with teammates and leadership to align resourcing and project delivery with overall business goals and objectives. • Lead scrums, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, Internal Stakeholder Demos, and other meetings. • Perform meeting prep, prepare agendas, and handle all follow-ups. • Set up and maintain tickets in the project management system. • Coordinate resources and schedules across departments. • Manage scope, budget, and timeline constraints and execution. • Collaborate on department efforts to standardize project management methodologies. • Streamline ops and onboarding / offboarding processes.
