Senior Project Manager

• Serve as the primary point of contact for the customer, stakeholders, and the project team • Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including scope, budget, schedule, and resource allocation • Lead the project team, providing guidance and direction to functional, technical, and change management resources • Conduct regular status meetings, prepare project reports, and provide transparent communication to all stakeholders • Manage the end-to-end implementation of or enhancements to PeopleSoft FSCM modules (e.g., General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Purchasing, Grants, Project Costing, Customer Contracts, Billing and Accounts Receivable) and integration from HCM modules (e.g., Payroll, Time & Labor) • Ensure all project activities, from requirements gathering and design to development and testing, align with the defined scope and requirements • Assist with the best practices Oversee system configuration and data migration efforts to ensure accuracy and integrity • Collaborate with technical leads to manage integration points between PeopleSoft and other legacy or third-party systems • Manage all project-related risks and issues, developing and executing mitigation strategies in a timely manner • Ensure all project documentation is maintained and submitted in accordance with the scope requirements • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including executive leadership, end-users, and external partners • Assist in developing and executing a robust change management plan to ensure smooth user adoption and minimize disruption • Facilitate requirements gathering sessions with customer Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to translate business needs into technical specifications
Sales Account Manager

• Identify, qualify, and close net new logo opportunities across the assigned region. • Expand existing accounts through structured account planning, relationship mapping, and multi-year growth strategies. • Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and activity tracking within CRM systems. • Lead consultative sales engagements with IT executives, departmental leaders, procurement officials, and technical stakeholders. • Effectively position Red Hat solutions such as operating systems, automation, container platforms, middleware, and emerging AI technologies • Coordinate proofs of concept, pilots, workshops, and technical evaluations in partnership with Solutions Architects and engineering teams. • Establish and maintain long-term, trusted-advisor relationships with key decision-makers across SLED accounts. • Navigate state and local procurement frameworks, budget cycles, and competitive solicitation processes. • Support RFP, RFQ, and other procurement responses in collaboration with Contracts and Operations teams. • Partner with distribution and reseller ecosystem partners to structure deals, secure pricing, and align on go-to-market strategies. • Support field marketing events, campaigns, and initiatives to generate pipeline and enhance account coverage. • Attend customer meetings, industry conferences, on-site events, and Red Hat/Emergent field programs throughout the territory. • Represent Emergent and Red Hat professionally, consistently reinforcing value, expertise, and customer success.
