Essential Job Functions: - Learn and understand ProMerit configuration editors that enhance and customize system functionality and performance, including but not limited to facility setup, bank account creation, edit check configuration, automation building, requirements gathering and project deliverables. - Learn and understand the ProMerit product from a business and technical lens to include but not limited to product design, business requirements, system capabilities, capacity planning and agile methodologies. - Learn and understand development processes to include but not limited to sprint planning, - Learn and understand system reliability duties to include but not limited to system maintenance, scheduling software updates, performing upgrades to a SaaS platform.
