Senior Director – Integrated Strategy & Solutions

• Develop long-term strategic vision for the Integrated Strategy function. • Oversee Directors and cross-functional senior managers; guide team performance and priorities. • Align resources, team structure, and operational plans with enterprise goals. • Influence organizational strategy through market insight, innovation, and solution packaging. • Drive executive-level conversations around client value, new service models, and growth. • Represent the function in senior forums, steering committees, and external engagements. • Lead the development of integrated, full-funnel strategies across media, creative, data, CRM, and technology. • Synthesize Iridio’s full suite of capabilities into cohesive, client-ready solutions. • Translate complex business challenges into clear, actionable, insight-driven strategies. • Develop strategic frameworks and repeatable methodologies to scale across clients. • Partner with Account Management to drive client retention & identify growth opportunities. • Act as a senior strategic advisor to clients, leading high-level planning and long-term roadmap development. • Conduct strategic reviews, performance deep-dives & forward-looking planning sessions. • Partner closely with Sales to shape, position, and win new business opportunities. • Lead the strategic narrative for pitches, proposals, and enterprise-level engagements. • Identify and define integrated solutions that differentiate Iridio in competitive scenarios. • Collaborate across creative, media, data, and technology teams to ensure seamless execution of strategy. • Guide internal strategic direction and contribute to the evolution of Iridio by RRD’s go-to-market approach. • Ensure strategies are aligned to client business objectives and deliver measurable impact. • Act as the connective tissue across functions, ensuring alignment and clarity. • Lead C-suite level client meetings and presentations with confidence and clarity.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field required.
  • Master's or MBA preferred
  • 9 years managing leaders and leading enterprise-level teams or functions.
  • 15+ progressive experience in strategy or solutions roles
