Job Requirements
- Proven experience working in the banking or FinTech industry and deep knowledge of consumer or business lending, deposits products, payments and related operations
- Previous experience in a pre-sales / solutions engineering role in a SaaS offering.
- Experience in responding to formal proposal procedures such as: Requests for Information (RFI) and RFPs
- A consultative mindset of listening, understanding and anticipating customer needs
- Customer facing experience and ability to influence Executive Level audiences

What You Bring: • Credentialed actuary (FSA, FIA, or equivalent; US‑recognized designation required). • Extensive experience in the North American life and annuity insurance industry, including pricing, reserving, capital modeling, and ALM. • Strong knowledge of US regulatory frameworks (NAIC, US GAAP/LDTI, RBC), plus familiarity with OSFI (Canada) and BMA (Bermuda) solvency and reporting standards. • Proven experience with actuarial modeling software, ideally Prophet or similar platforms. • Expertise developing and validating ALM models and balance‑sheet projections. • Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex topics for diverse audiences. • Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
