What you'll do As Senior Manager, Brand Content Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and communicating our product's value to the world. Reporting into the Global Director of Product Marketing, you will lead the strategy, development, and execution of all content related to our products. This includes crafting compelling narratives for product releases, updates, and any areas of focus for product messaging. You will work closely with Product Managers and Product Marketing Managers to ensure our product messaging is clear, accurate, and resonates with our target audience. Additionally, you will collaborate with our internal design team and manage external design and content resources to produce high-quality content. This role is based in San Francisco, CA. Responsibilities - Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with our product roadmap and business goals. - Lead the creation of product content across various formats (blogs, product guides, videos, case studies, webinars, AMAs) to support product launches, updates, and marketing campaigns. - Work closely with Product Managers and Product Marketing Managers to translate complex product features into compelling, easy-to-understand content. - Collaborate with the internal design team to ensure content is visually engaging and adheres to our brand guidelines. - Manage relationships with external design and content agencies, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality content. - Measure and analyze content performance, making data-driven decisions to improve engagement and reach. - Stay abreast of industry trends and competitive landscape to ensure our content remains relevant and impactful. Who you are We're looking for people who meet the minimum qualifications for this role. The preferred qualifications are great to have, but are not mandatory. Environmental Advocacy Content & Marketing Director Summary The Environmental Advocacy Content Director leads the enterprise content strategy that supports Cox's environmental advocacy, conservation programs, and impact campaigns.
