Job Description

Technical Business Process Manager

ModSquad

• Lead cross-functional projects to identify and implement improvements to business processes. • Collaborate with the rest of the Enterprise Applications team to ensure changes align with overall business objectives and technology strategies. • Assist in the maintenance, configuration, and optimization of SaaS technologies. • Prepare documentation to ensure stakeholders understand changes, systems, and processes. • Project manage change initiatives to ensure optimal results. • Actively participate in agile management processes and recommend changes to leadership.

Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience administering, implementing, or managing change in SaaS technology environments.
  • Significant Agentic AI implementation and readiness consulting experience.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise business processes.
  • Experience operating in a consultative role to understand and meet the needs of multiple cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Basic knowledge of APIs, JSON, and systems integration principles.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Strong sense of personal accountability and the ability to work independently.
  • Ability to communicate with and influence cross-functional stakeholders.
  • High EQ and a sense of humor are required.
