• Identify, recruit, and onboard high-quality behavioral health professionals • Implement traditional and creative sourcing strategies to identify and engage providers • Lead and execute international recruitment efforts for behavioral health providers • Assess provider credentials, experience, and fit to ensure alignment with ComPsych’s standards • Negotiate provider rates in accordance with company policies and market considerations • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of behavioral health industry trends and network demands • Collaborate with internal teams to support network expansion initiatives and ensure seamless onboarding • Educate and coach managers on behavioral interviewing techniques and recruitment processes • Support continuous improvement efforts by identifying trends in provider recruitment

• Architect and design secure, scalable cloud networking solutions across AWS, Azure, and GCP. • Design and manage VPCs, VPNs, Direct Connect, and hybrid cloud networking solutions. • Implement and optimize cloud firewalls, load balancers, and DNS services. • Ensure networking architectures meet performance, scalability, and security requirements. • Integrate automation and DevOps methodologies to streamline deployment and operations in multi-cloud environments. • Define networking standards, policies, and best practices for cloud and hybrid environments. • Collaborate with OIT stakeholders, engineering teams, and leadership to align solutions with mission and enterprise objectives. • Provide architectural oversight and guidance throughout the design, implementation, and transition of solutions. • Contribute to ongoing modernization initiatives including cloud migration, Zero Trust adoption, and software-defined networking.

• Contribute to the development and training of Large Language Model (LLM) capabilities using existing datasets and network engineering expertise. • Support the evolution of network engineering workflows by integrating AI‑driven enhancements. • Assist with network design, configuration, and implementation activities with a strong focus on DevOps practices. • Participate in troubleshooting and performance analysis to help resolve real‑world network issues. • Collaborate with Network Engineers, Project Managers, Systems Engineers, and Solution Architects across global teams. • Document configurations, workflows, and updates to strengthen communication and knowledge sharing. • Engage in ongoing learning through workshops, training sessions, and exposure to advanced optical, routing, and switching technologies.

About This Opportunity This position will be responsible for the support and development of monitoring and automation platforms in network, cloud, and related infrastructure environments. Integrating these tools with our processes, environments, and teams in support of network engineering is our primary focus. This position will primarily function remotely, but the candidate must be able to work in multiple Atlanta area data centers when needed. Responsibilities - Develop expertise in the use of our network tools. - Ensure proper monitoring and alerting for network tools. - Ensure compliance to relevant internal and external standards for network tools. - Support and document network tool processes for internal and external customers. - Extend capabilities for network automation, services, and monitoring tools through the development of drivers and utility scripts, primarily in PowerShell and Python. - OS maintenance of Windows and Linux servers, as well as network appliances. - Application maintenance for automation, monitoring, and services environments. - Hardware/appliance maintenance for automation, monitoring, and services environments. - Function well in a shared programming environment using version control tools, testing tools, and issue tracking (Git, JIRA, Postman). - Use well thought out designs and processes to eliminate downtime for network tools whenever possible. When it cannot be avoided, downtime should be minimized. - Work with internal and external customers to deliver notifications, drive adoption, and empower their usage of our tools, APIs, and related services. - Work with service providers to integrate, drive enhancements, and troubleshoot issues. - Able to organize and prioritize independently, but willing to escalate and communicate with management through status reports, email, IM, voice/phone, and meetings. - Take ownership of technical issues, including troubleshooting and communication.
