Role Description Dans un contexte de transformation numérique, la DSI de l'Agence du Service Civique recrute un/e référent/e technique pour ses applications métiers. Elle/il aura les missions suivantes : - PROJETS : - Participe à la conception technique des produits numériques, dont le développement et la TMA sont assurés par des prestataires. - Intervient en phase de lancement, de conception et de livraison, notamment pour analyser les impacts, étudier les propositions des prestataires et recetter techniquement les livrables. - Participe à une partie des rituels Agile. - EXPLOITATION : - S'assure du bon fonctionnement technique des produits numériques du Service Civique, dont l'hébergement et le MCO sont assurés par des prestataires. - Pilote le suivi des indicateurs techniques (disponibilité, temps de réponse…) et prend en charge le pilotage de la résolution des incidents techniques. - QUALITE : - Contribue au bon déroulement des activités de la DSI, avec une vigilance sur les processus d'exploitation et de delivery entre la société responsable de l’infogérance et la société responsable des développements. - Contribue à la constitution du patrimoine documentaire des systèmes d'information notamment sur Confluence, Archi, ... Elle/il travaille : - En étroite collaboration avec l'Architecte SI pour la cartographie des systèmes d'information et l'étude des projets d'évolutions des systèmes d'information. - En partenariat avec la Direction des Produits Numériques, et plus particulièrement les Product owners/Chef/fes de produit, pour envisager les solutions répondant aux besoins métiers et co-construire la feuille de route technique. - En collaboration avec les prestataires vers lesquels la Maîtrise d’œuvre est déléguée, pour garantir la qualité des solutions techniques au regard des bonnes pratiques du domaine (Dév, DevOps, Exploitation, Hébergement) et des engagements contractuels (SLA). - Avec ses collègues de la DSI, notamment pour les sujets SSI, BI et QA. - Avec le DSI notamment pour la stratégie numérique, les prévisions budgétaires, le pilotage de la performance. Le/la référent/e technique interviendra notamment sur les projets de refonte du site web institutionnel, de l'application web de gestion des annonces et des candidatures, de l'application web de gestion des agréments. Selon le contexte et les besoins de la DSI, elle/il peut être sollicité/e en renfort sur d'autres projets. Poste ouvert aux personnes en situation de handicap.
