• Are you looking for an exciting sales challenge, selling products you can truly get behind? • As an Educational Consultant in Sales for our continuing education products, you will become part of a motivated 12-member, nationwide team in the central Sales QCG division at WBS GRUPPE. • Together we are passionate about more than 3,000 continuing education products and strengthen our position as a leading digital education provider with heart. • You will advise and support interested companies from the initial contact through to contract signing, turning inquiries into satisfied customers. • You will support future participants up to the course start and for that you have an AEVO certificate or a comparable pedagogical qualification. • You will prepare individualized offers that are aligned with the needs and goals of our customers. • You will process and manage incoming customer inquiries by phone and digitally — structured, reliable and service-oriented. • You will work closely with our WBS locations and internal teams to ensure a smooth flow of information.
Job Requirements
- You have professional experience with a clear sales focus, e.g., in B2B sales, new client acquisition, advising corporate clients, or in an environment where you proactively presented solutions to companies.
- Experience in adult education or personnel development is a plus but not required.
- Confident use of MS Office and openness to digital tools and new media.
- An independent, structured way of working and a high degree of personal responsibility and reliability.
- Strong communication skills and empathy in conversations.
- Experience in telephone sales or consultative selling.
- Knowledge of working with CRM systems.

The Sales Enablement team ensures the commercial team is equipped with the necessary skills and tools to drive predictable, profitable bookings and customer engagement. We are looking for someone to help us administrate, track, measure and report on our enablement programs. Responsibilities: - Support the scheduling and administrative details for assigned training programs, including new hire onboarding, product training/certifications, and 3rd party training programs - Act as a 1st point of contact with incoming Commercial Team new hires and liaise with IT and HR to both automate and personalize the new hire experience - Organize and help deliver reporting and metrics on commercial enablement programs - Coordinate and distribute communications to the wider commercial team on behalf of the commercial operations team - Demonstrate content organization skills & best practices in managing the commercial team materials in the Octus LMS and Intranet - Contribute toward Commercial Operations tech/tools license & vendor contract management - Seek to continually grow in your career toward enablement or other commercial operations tasks Requirements: - 1-2+ years of related experience.
