• Support management of our assets by turning strategic plans into actionable market-level moves, coordinating with global teams to ensure timely execution and alignment with local needs • Adapt global strategies to fit the unique regulatory and operational nuances of diverse markets across the AMER and APAC regions. • Lead and support cross-functional projects (with Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, Local Operations, etc.) to ensure a smooth allocation process, especially in peak season or during market launches and scale-ups • Partner with Finance and Ops teams to support annual planning, budget forecasting, and ensure optimal allocation across North America, Asia, Australia/New Zealand markets • Be the go-to support for local markets, helping respond to day-to-day questions, unblock operational issues, and track ongoing needs to escalate to senior leadership when needed • Use data to drive decision-making, developing models and tools to optimize how we allocate resources based on performance, growth, and efficiency • Identify process improvements and help design scalable planning and reporting solutions to make our ops more streamlined and effective • Develop dashboards and reports that bring visibility to business performance and help local teams make informed planning decisions • Create a fun, inclusive, and safe workplace; ensuring the safety of our staff, riders and vehicles while empowering experimentation and creativeness for the team to meet their goals
Job Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in management consulting, strategy and operations, project management roles, or related experience; experience at an early-stage or high-growth company is a plus
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional projects from planning through execution, with strong organizational and prioritization skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey ideas and build alignment across teams at all levels of the organization
- Bring an empathetic and collaborative mindset: listens actively, understands other teams' needs, and helps build solutions that are both practical and scalable
- A strong bias for using data to support decision making and establish priorities / strategies; ability to interpret and translate data into actionable insights for a range of stakeholders
- Exceptional Excel / Google Sheets / data management skills is required; SQL and dashboard creation proficiency a plus
- A sharp eye for detail, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams without losing sight of the bigger picture
- Self-starter with a bias for action, comfortable with ambiguity and able to move things forward independently
- Comfortable working across multiple time zones (AMER/APAC and EU), with the flexibility to occasionally align schedules with international stakeholders
- Bachelor’s Degree is required, Master’s Degree is a plus
