Chief Financial Officer (Manufacturing exp req) Responsibilities • Lead all aspects of finance, including reporting, FP&A, and KPI management • Drive performance and operational efficiency • Provide strategic guidance growth, profitability, capital allocation, and operational initiatives • Oversee cash flow, liquidity planning, and working capital optimization • Manage banking and lender relationships, ensuring compliance and accurate reporting • Drive annual operating plans and long-term strategic initiatives • Ensure audit readiness, regulatory compliance, and tax oversight • Partner cross-functionally to improve cost structure, pricing, and margins • Oversee manufacturing finance, including cost accounting, inventory control, and capital projects • Support capital investments, expansion efforts, and operational scaling • Build and lead a high-performing finance and accounting team of 10 Chief Financial Officer (Manufacturing exp req) Qualifications • Prior CFO experience is required • 10+ years of progressive finance and accounting experience required • Manufacturing experience required • ERP systems experience required

• Build complex financial modeling and lead the design and development of sound financial models to size the impact of UM and affordability strategies. Ensure alignment with corporate savings pipelines. • Represent the UM department within the broader organization's financial workstreams, ensuring UM initiatives are prioritized and recognized in the corporate savings pipeline. • Establish and maintain strong relationships with the Medical Economics and Data Science teams to develop vetted methodologies for tracking ROI. • Own the 'Source of Truth' for the department's value tracking. You will monitor the performance of active initiatives and provide monthly 'True-Up' reports comparing projected savings to actualized results. Develop methods to measure actual performance against expected benefits. • Build and maintain strong relationships with Medical Economics, Data Science, and Clinical leadership. Translate complex data into 'executive-ready' narratives to influence enterprise-wide decision-making. • Create data-driven frameworks to help leadership navigate ambiguity and make informed decisions on new strategic investments based on risk adjustment and Medical Loss Ratio (MLR) impact. • Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. • Other duties as assigned.

• Support financial planning and analysis for assigned business units, including budgeting, forecasting, and monthly performance reviews. • Build and maintain financial models to evaluate business performance and support decision-making. • Conduct variance analysis and reporting to identify trends, risks, and opportunities. • Interpret complex data sets and provide actionable insights to business partners. • Collaborate with Corporate FP&A, Accounting, and Operations to ensure consistency in financial assumptions and reporting. • Assist in developing business cases for investments and operational initiatives. • Contribute to pricing and profitability analyses for products and services. • Identify areas for process improvement and support implementation of enhancements. • Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives to support strategic goals.
