• Build deep relationships with Sales and Marketing. • Drive financial planning, analysis, and strategic decisions. • Own and refine the foundational GTM FP&A infrastructure. • Design and implement a robust GTM analytics framework. • Drive financial discipline and operational maturity. • Contribute to executive, board, and investor reporting. • Perform ad-hoc analyses to support critical GTM operating priorities.
Job Requirements
- 4-8 years of experience with prior experience supporting GTM functions in a high growth tech company.
- Public company experience is preferred.
- Highly driven self-starter with a builder’s mindset.
- Outstanding communication skills.
- Expert-level financial modeling and analytical skills.
- Familiarity with SQL, SFDC, NetSuite, and Pigment is a plus.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.
- Excited about AI and passionate about building a landmark, generational tech company.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. MBA preferred though not required.
