Robinson is hiring three Account Managers who are excited to operate as trusted partners within a fast‑moving retail consolidation and warehouse‑supported supply chain. In this role you will manage a portfolio of supplier relationships, coordinate closely with warehouse and operations teams, and ensure consistent service and performance across managed inventories. In this role you will lead customer conversations, conduct business reviews, and identify opportunities to expand logistics solutions and grow accounts. Strong candidates will bring previous or current warehouse experience, exposure to Korber or similar warehouse management systems, and the ability to confidently navigate operational complexity. Bilingual Spanish skills and a hands‑on, relationship‑driven approach will set you apart. Responsibilities: - Manage and grow a portfolio of supplier accounts, serving as a trusted logistics and supply chain partner - Coordinate closely with warehouse, operations, and service assurance teams to ensure smooth inventory flow and service execution - Oversee day‑to‑day account activities, including order management, issue resolution, and performance tracking - Lead customer conversations, business reviews, and ongoing communications to align on goals, performance, and improvement opportunities - Identify and pursue opportunities to expand services, upsell solutions, and increase account value and profitability - Utilize warehouse management systems (e.g., Korber) and operational data to drive efficiency and informed decision‑making - Maintain strong relationships with suppliers by balancing operational needs, service quality, and customer expectations Required Qualifications: - High School diploma or GED - Minimum 2 years of previous sales and/or account management experience - Ability to travel up to 25% (domestically and internationally) Preferred Qualifications: - Fluent in Spanish and English (written and verbal) - Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to make data-driven decisions - Strong strategic orientation, relationship building, negotiation skills (ability to persuade, motivate and influence others), and business acumen - Ability to thrive under deadlines and work in a team environment, while also delivering independent results - Prioritization skills, multi-tasking skills, and works with a sense of urgency At C.H.
