• Own and manage day-to-day relationships with agency partners, ensuring strong engagement and alignment • Serve as the primary point of contact for agency-related inquiries, requests, and RFPs • Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders across agency account teams • Plan and deliver enablement sessions, including lunch-and-learns and virtual trainings, to educate agencies on Demandbase advertising solutions • Support broader agency education initiatives to drive awareness and adoption across partner organizations • Map and maintain agency account teams across clients to ensure accurate stakeholder coverage • Maintain internal visibility into partnership health, risks, and opportunities through regular updates and reporting • Track spend across agency accounts and report on progress toward quarterly and annual commitments • Monitor new business won and lost through agency channels, identifying trends and areas for improvement • Identify expansion opportunities within agency-managed accounts and partner with internal teams to drive growth

Job Requirements

  • 4 to 7+ years of experience in account management, partnerships, agency management, or related roles in a B2B SaaS, advertising, or martech environment
  • Proven experience managing external partners or agency relationships
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at multiple levels
  • Experience handling RFPs, client queries, and commercial discussions
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to track performance, interpret data, and identify growth opportunities
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities
  • Collaborative and proactive approach, with the ability to work cross-functionally across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams

Job Description General Summary: The Key Account Manager (KAM) will be accountable for assigned hospital accounts, actively promoting Vertex rare disease medicines to relevant healthcare professionals (HCPs) and ensuring that barriers to their usage are effectively addressed.
