• Plan, coordinate, and oversee the successful delivery of projects from initiation to completion. • Work closely with the Lead Technical Project Manager to provide support as needed and communicate down to individual contributor level. • Monitor progress, manage dependencies, and adjust plans proactively to bridge the gap between technical teams and business objectives. • Provide regular updates on project status, risks, and changes to stakeholders. • Collaborate with stakeholders to establish project objectives, deliverables, timelines, and success criteria. • Identify potential risks early, develop mitigation strategies, and resolve project blockers. • Facilitate collaboration between development, QA, product, and business teams to align on goals and priorities. • Gather feedback after project completion and implement lessons learned to refine future project execution.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 2+ years of proven experience managing software development projects, either as a Project Manager or Lead Developer.
- 5+ years of overall experience in software development, including hands-on commercial coding within the last 3 years.
- Proficiency in one or more programming or scripting languages such as JavaScript, Python, Java, C#, or similar.
- Foundational knowledge of DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and modern software delivery concepts.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and related delivery methodologies.
- Strong working knowledge of common software engineering and collaboration tools such as Git, Asana, Confluence, Slack, etc.
- Strong understanding of various testing approaches, including unit, integration, and end-to-end testing, as well as test automation, performance testing, and security testing.
- Proficiency in diagnosing and resolving technical issues.
- Exceptional organizational skills in fast-paced environments.
- Strong proficiency in planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and stakeholder management.
