IT Project Manager

• Lead IT projects from initiation through closeout, ensuring delivery aligns with scope, timeline, and budget • Develop project charters, schedules, and activity plans in collaboration with stakeholders • Coordinate with cross-functional teams and vendor partners to plan and execute project work • Track progress, follow up on assignments, and hold team members accountable for deliverables • Manage risks, issues, and changes throughout the project lifecycle • Communicate status updates clearly and consistently to stakeholders at all levels • Maintain required project documentation including risk logs, communication plans, and test records • Schedule and lead project meetings, document decisions, and drive follow-ups to completion • Ensure compliance with PMO processes and audit requirements • Support project intake and prioritization efforts by helping define scope and estimating effort • Promote consistent use of PMO templates, tools, and reporting practices • Contribute to continuous improvement of project delivery across the IT organization

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of project management experience, with at least 2 years focused on IT projects
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects at once
  • Experience working across IT domains such as infrastructure, cloud, vendor coordination, or system implementation
  • Demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management tools
  • Project Management Certification (PMP or equivalent) (Preferred)
  • Experience working in IT management and/or operations, including infrastructure, network, or security engineering (Preferred)
  • Familiarity with operations in the hospitality industry (Preferred)
