Cloud Architect

DMI (Digital Management, LLC)

• Defining and driving TSA’s cloud architecture strategy across AWS, Azure, and hybrid multi-cloud environments. • Ensuring that cloud solutions are scalable, cost-effective, secure, and aligned with DHS and TSA technical and compliance requirements. • Providing expert guidance on cloud-native service selection, migration approaches, and integration patterns for TSA’s modernization initiatives. • Developing cloud reference architectures, producing cost/benefit analyses and total cost of ownership assessments for cloud migration options. • Providing technical oversight of cloud implementation efforts executed across the concurrent TALON project portfolio. • Leading cloud security architecture design in alignment with DHS Zero Trust requirements, FISMA standards, and TSA’s ICAM framework. • Ensuring that cloud environments meet FedRAMP authorization requirements where applicable.

Job Requirements

  • A minimum of 9 years of cloud architecture experience is required.
  • Demonstrated expertise in AWS and Azure at an advanced or professional certification level.
  • Track record of delivering large-scale cloud migrations and modernization programs in federal environments.
  • Experience with FedRAMP, DHS cloud security policy, and Continuous Monitoring in cloud environments is expected.
  • All personnel must be U.S. citizens or Lawful Permanent Residents with the ability to obtain TSA fitness determination.
  • Available to support after-hours cloud deployment activities and critical incident response.
  • Successful completion of a Public Trust background investigation and/or a Public Trust clearance.
