We are seeking a Senior Account Manager 360 with a strong recruitment background to take full ownership of key client accounts, including a major staff-augmentation client. This role is critical to removing founder dependency, protecting revenue, and scaling a hybrid onshore/offshore delivery model. The ideal candidate is a hands-on operator who can manage client relationships, recruit when needed, and lead delivery through offshore teams.
