Director, SEO
Tinuiti
• Lead a portfolio of clients, ensuring strategic alignment of account team recommendations with client objectives. • Foster trust with senior client stakeholders, while partnering with internal leadership to address escalations. • Oversee client onboarding, offboarding, and account transitions to ensure seamless experiences. • Responsible for providing timely feedback, coaching, and evaluation of team members' goals and tasks. • Collaborate closely with Pod Leader and Directors throughout the pod to achieve financial targets and objectives. • Stay at the forefront of industry, consumer, platform, and relevant vertical trends. • Equip clients with the knowledge to speak about strategic directions and decisions.
Job Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in SEO.
- Management experience preferred.
- Demonstrated success analyzing data and using analytics tools to drive marketing decisions.
- Advanced computer skills including Google Suite, Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively across clients, multiple partner relationships, and internal initiatives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with external and internal teams.
