The Role We Need: The Host Activations Agent plays a critical role in supporting PadSplit hosts or our property owners to list their homes on our marketplace. This role is directly responsible for setting up their units through the verification and activation process, ensuring every requirement is met so their listings can go live smoothly. This role will directly contribute to PadSplit’s mission of expanding affordable housing by helping hosts get their properties activated quickly and confidently. Here’s What You’ll Do Day-To-Day: - Manage the property onboarding checklist to ensure all key milestones are completed on time. - Collaborate with Account Executives and Customer Success Managers (“Host Success”) to resolve listing issues such as missing details or incorrect pricing. - Meet or exceed internal targets for property activation speed and quality. - Verify that each listing meets PadSplit’s property quality standards before going live. - Confirm all activation requirements are complete, including host lease documents, host training link, Salesforce commission tracker, and accurate listing details. - Support the overall property activation process to ensure a smooth and timely go-live. - Stay highly responsive on Slack (98% of the day) to communicate updates, resolve issues quickly, and coordinate with internal teams. The Interview Process: - Your application will be reviewed for possible next steps by the Hiring Manager. - If you meet eligibility requirements, the next step would be a phone screen with a member of the PeopleOps team for about thirty (30) minutes. - If warranted, the next step would be a video interview with our Activations Team Lead for thirty (30) minutes. - If warranted, the final step would be a video interview with either our National Director, US Operations, or with our Head of Host Experience for thirty (30) minutes. - If warranted, then we move to contract! $12,000 - $12,000 a year This is a contract position where compensation is based on the role's scope, national market benchmarks, and the person's expertise and experience.
