• The Business Process Analyst will report directly to the Manager, Business Process and work directly with several stakeholders throughout the business. • We are seeking a Business Process Analyst focused on Quote to Cash processes to drive enhancements and projects that streamline quoting, contracting, billing, and revenue operations. • The candidate will collaborate with stakeholders across Sales, Finance, Accounting, and IT Applications to design and deliver scalable system solutions that improve efficiency and data integrity across the organization. • As a Business Process Analyst, you will partner with Stakeholders and Project Managers to translate business needs into actionable system requirements, supporting initiatives that span multiple departments and tools, including Salesforce Sales Cloud, CPQ, and Billing. • You’ll manage requirements gathering, documentation, and testing, ensuring solutions are delivered with quality and aligned to business goals. • The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented analyst with strong communication skills, a deep curiosity for understanding how systems and processes connect, and a drive to deliver high-impact, scalable solutions in a dynamic environment.

Job Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience driving operational efficiency through business analysis, process improvement, deal lifecycle support, revenue operations, or cross-functional systems management – ideally in a high-growth SaaS or startup environment
  • Proven experience supporting Quote to Cash processes, including Salesforce, CPQ, Billing, and UAT
  • Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into documented business requirements
  • Strong facilitation skills for current/future state process mapping, gap analysis, and requirements workshops
  • Experience with JIRA, Salesforce Cases, or any other ticketing queue system
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams to assess and prioritize operational or system improvements to drive efficiency and business impact
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Analyze business processes and identify areas for automation or improvement in collaboration with various teams
  • Develop business cases and ROI analyses for proposed systems and process improvements
  • Document and maintain a repository of Quote to Cash business rules and process flows
  • Translate business processes into systematic flows and maps
  • Ability to understand broader business and financial issues, juggle multiple projects and tasks, and to work with deadlines and in a fast paced environment.
