Role Description As a Senior Partnerships Strategist at Lumina Corps, you will play a crucial role in leading partner engagements for a statewide public health data solutions initiative. This role is fully embedded within a project team that includes Lumina staff, client agency personnel, and other vendor partners. You will operate as a senior strategic voice on the team while also rolling up your sleeves to directly execute the work alongside your colleagues. We are looking for candidates for this role in advance of contract execution, and therefore it is listed as contingent. - Partnership engagement: Lead strategic engagements with state and local partners to raise awareness and foster sustained support for adoption of new processes and tools. Plan and implement partner engagement strategy that aligns with overall product release plan. Work closely with public health SMEs and senior program leadership to identify potential partners, appropriate engagement tactics, and relevant key messages. Develop partner advocacy network with clear roles and responsibilities. - Collaboration: Work as an integrated member of a multidisciplinary project team.
