Role Description The Part-Time Recruiter is responsible for supporting Carter LOGISTEED Express Inc./Carter LOGISTEED Logistics LLC. in hiring quality candidates for high-volume, hourly positions, with a primary focus on forklift operators and entry-level warehouse roles. This role plays a key part in maintaining a steady pipeline of candidates to meet operational staffing needs. Responsibilities: - Review and screen applications for hourly and entry-level positions - Actively recruit candidates for forklift operator and warehouse roles - Conduct interviews via phone, virtual platforms, and occasional in-person meetings - Coordinate and schedule interviews with Hiring Managers - Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring process - Move candidates through the hiring process within the applicant tracking system - Partner with site leadership to understand ongoing and urgent staffing needs - Assist with high-volume recruiting efforts, including job postings and sourcing - Support onboarding coordination as needed - Other duties as assigned Qualifications - Associate or bachelor’s degree - 2+ years of recruiting experience in a search firm, staffing, or corporate recruiting environment Requirements - Strong attention to detail and organization - Ability to manage multiple candidates and requisitions in a fast-paced environment - Positive, team-oriented attitude - Effective written and verbal communication skills - Comfortable recruiting for high-volume, hourly roles - Basic to intermediate computer skills (Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, ATS systems) - Ability to build rapport quickly with entry-level candidates - Reliable work history - Ability to work independently in a part-time capacity while meeting hiring goals - Flexibility to adjust hours based on hiring needs Work Environment This position is a remote position, but the ideal candidate would live near Anderson, IN, Huntsville, AL, Laredo, TX, Chattanooga, TN, or Knoxville, TN.
