What You’ll Bring - Experience: 8+ years in relevant roles with 3+ years leading business transformation and 1+ years focused on implementing AI automation in business operations. - AI Implementation: Proven hands-on experience with AI tools including Large Language Models, automation platforms, and workflow integration. - Leadership: Experience in building and leading cross-functional capability teams or communities of practice. - Training Development: Skilled in identifying, curating, and promoting training resources for diverse, non-technical audiences. - Communication: Strong executive communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders effectively. - Travel Requirements: Willing to travel as necessary.
