Associate LMS Operations Manager – SuccessFactors

• Manage day-to-day operational activities in the LMS • Drive LMS-related onboarding and enhancement projects • Collaborate with stakeholders for successful deployment of classroom courses and eLearning • Maintain and monitor data integrity in LMS • Support ongoing development and troubleshooting of LMS functionality • Conduct vendor oversight and provide guidance to LMS Administrators

Job Requirements

  • Experience with SuccessFactors LMS preferred
  • Training Matrix Management skills
  • Technical Support
  • Familiarity with eLearning standards (AICC/SCORM)
  • Project Management experience with LMS related optimization and integration projects
  • Reporting and metrics capabilities

Role Description The Operations Assistant is responsible for providing support to the Summer Work Travel program department during the peak season with a wide range of projects and reporting involving participant support, recruiting, data entry, vetting, and miscellaneous support needs.
