• Lead membership restoration and retention efforts, including targeted outreach to suspended and inactive members • Oversee the annual dues billing process and drive improvements in dues payment rates • Manage the centralized suspension process for non-payment of dues, ensuring consistent application and coordination with lodge leadership • Plan and lead quarterly Prospect Managers Association meetings, including content development and presentation • Oversee membership prospecting activities and background check processing • Monitor, analyze, and report membership data to track performance and identify trends • Support the development and execution of membership and outreach initiatives • Manage and support two direct reports, ensuring consistent execution of membership operations • Provides occasional on-site support for membership-related events, including coordination, logistics, and direct member engagement in a professional and service-oriented manner; some events may occur on evenings or weekends.
Pay Range $60,000 to $70,000 Exempt Shift: 9:00am to 5:00pm, Pacific Standard Time, Monday through Friday Primary Office (occasional travel): 1111 California St., San Francisco, CA, 94108 JOB SUMMARY The Masons of California are seeking a dedicated Membership Operations Manager to join our team. The Membership Operations Manager leads programs focused on membership development, retention, and dues processing across the state. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, data-driven, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Working closely with the Member Services and Communications teams, as well as with local lodge leadership, the Membership Operations Manager ensures membership programs run smoothly, identifies opportunities for improvement, and delivers measurable outcomes.
