Job Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, or similarly analytical and strategic environments
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior executives using data-driven insights and structured storytelling
- Strong financial and economic acumen, including experience modeling business impact and ROI
- Proven ability to navigate and execute within large, matrixed organizations or agile environments
- Excellent communication skills, including visual storytelling and development of executive-level presentations
- Leadership experience through direct people management or cross-functional team leadership
- 8+ years of experience in healthcare, retail pharmacy, or related industries (preferred)
- 8+ years of experience developing, implementing, and executing programs (preferred)
