• Drive strategic, data-informed decision-making through advanced analysis, reporting, and cross-functional consulting. • Lead analytical support for network development initiatives. • Partner closely with stakeholders across multiple departments. • Translate complex datasets into clear insights, progress metrics, and actionable recommendations. • Ensure client deliverables are met by delivering accurate, timely analysis, and reporting. • Become an expert in available data sources and advise on best databases for requests. • Extract, cleanse, and validate data using tools such as Excel, SQL, and Tableau. • Execute and document repeatable workflows that define how client needs will be met across the project lifecycle. • Synthesize and enrich incoming data flows into clear narratives. • Design, track, and maintain progress metrics and dashboards that translate into clear visualizations. • Serve as an advisor and thought partner to internal stakeholders. • Build and maintain strong relationships with leaders and data users. • Develop and refine methodologies to extract, transform, and present data.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • Experience in healthcare analytics, provider network development, or network operations.
  • Experience creating executive-ready dashboards and progress reporting for complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
  • Familiarity with data quality/hygiene best practices.
  • 5+ years of experience in an analytics or data-focused role (e.g., network analytics, business intelligence, reporting, or consulting analytics).
  • Strong proficiency extracting and transforming data using tools such as Excel, SQL, and Tableau (or comparable BI/data tools).
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to connect data to the bigger picture, identify opportunities/risks, and communicate insights clearly to diverse audiences.
  • Strong analytical skills: structure complex questions, analyze qualitative and quantitative data, and draw actionable conclusions.
  • Adaptability and comfort working in changing priorities, ambiguity, and complex environments.
  • Demonstrated ownership and follow-through to commitments.
  • Ability to influence and partner across teams to align on priorities and drive outcomes.
  • High attention to detail and strong quality standards for data accuracy.
