• Architect, implement, and maintain cloud security controls across AWS and GCP to protect our infrastructure, applications, and data. • Take full ownership of security projects, driving them from initial concept through development, testing, and deployment. • Review, write and deploy infrastructure-as-code (IaC) security solutions using Terraform. • Continuously assess cloud environments using Cloud Security Posture Management (CSPM) platforms like Wiz. • Support monitoring, detection, and response for cloud threats by integrating with tools such as AWS GuardDuty, Security Hub, and GCP Security Command Center. • Participate actively in incident response and forensic analysis for cloud-related security events. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to perform threat modeling and secure architecture reviews for new services and infrastructure changes. • Help reinforce a security-first culture by sharing best practices and participating in awareness initiatives.

• Define and own the company-wide customer success strategy and vision, ensuring it aligns with Xapo's overall business objectives and long-term growth. • Develop and implement a scalable framework for customer success that drives product adoption, enhances customer retention, and increases lifetime value. • Drive the strategic direction of the Customer Success department, championing customer-centricity across the entire organization. • Partner closely with Product leadership to create a robust feedback loop, translating customer insights into actionable product improvements and influencing the product roadmap. • Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop customer-centric messaging, create powerful case studies and testimonials, and support go-to-market strategies for new features and products. • Act as the primary executive partner for other departments, including Product, Engineering, Compliance, and Marketing, representing the voice of the customer in all strategic discussions. • Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of Customer Success leaders, fostering a culture of accountability, excellence, and continuous improvement. • Implement and oversee scalable training and development programs to ensure the global team is equipped with the skills and knowledge to succeed and grow. • Serve as the executive escalation point for critical customer issues, providing decisive leadership and resolution. • Own and optimize the systems, processes, and technology stack that enable an effective and scalable global customer success operation. • Ensure rigorous compliance with all relevant internal controls and regulatory standards (e.g., KYC, AML, data privacy), in partnership with the Risk, Compliance, and Legal teams. • Establish and refine a Quality Assurance (QA) program to monitor and elevate the performance and impact of the Customer Success organization.

Role Description This internship is an exciting opportunity for students who are still studying and eager to gain hands-on experience in the Client Coverage Group (CCG) division of an established fintech with a global client base across both Retail & Institutional customers. Our interns will gain invaluable experience into how we operate a global sales division across multiple target client segments with our suite of regulated financial products and services. • Responding to members’ queries regarding our products and services. • Monitoring of member accounts, including debit card transactions, fiat and bitcoin transfers, etc. • Addressing members in a professional, respectful and friendly manner. • Taking ownership of members' issues, following up on outstanding requests, and escalating issues when necessary. • Onboarding of prospective members - assisting them from applying for membership until they are fully onboarded. • Conducting Zoom calls to assist prospective members with the onboarding process. • Educating prospective members queries regarding our products and services, and conducting Zoom calls when necessary. • Monitoring of queues in Kustomer to check for prospective members stuck in onboarding process and reaching out to them if necessary.

• Learn to onboard, service and sell products to UHNW & Family Office clients in a high paced environment. • Develop an understanding of customer needs and learn to formulate appropriate solutions based on their circumstances and risk appetite. • Act as the principle point of contact for a book of clients, after an initial training period. Learn how to develop your client book and prioritise your client opportunities to deliver revenue growth to the firm across multiple product lines. • Attend regional events to promote the Xapo brand and learn how to generate new leads. • Support senior team members in managing customer relationships and achieving team targets.

• You’ll work alongside the Head of Investments to source, assess, structure, and monitor BTC lending opportunities. • You will be involved in structuring investment solutions and assisting with day to day operations in the investment team. • Expect a fast, analytical, and highly collaborative environment with significant exposure to external counterparties. • Counterparty due diligence: gather data, analyze financials, evaluate risk controls, and draft clear approval memos. • Structuring: help design secured/over-collateralized lending structures, covenants, waterfalls, and margin frameworks. • Portfolio & risk monitoring: track exposures, limits, collateral, and early-warning indicators; recommend actions. • Modeling: General structured solutions monitoring, ability to work with modern tooling is a plus. • Counterparty engagement: schedule/lead parts of meetings, coordinate data rooms, follow through on action items. • Investment docs & legals: Contribute to term sheets, IC decks, and performance updates; provide input to loan documentation and interrogate legal terms (security, covenants, remedies, margining) to align risk–reward and ensure protections. • Creativity & research: propose new structures, pricing ideas, and opportunity maximization within risk appetite. • Process hygiene: keep our diligence files, checklists, and dashboards clean, current, and auditable.
