• Design, build, and own standardized operational reports, dashboards, and scorecards for clinical, quality, and operational teams • Define and develop key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure clinical outcomes, quality, utilization, productivity, and program effectiveness • Partner with stakeholders to translate business and clinical requirements into scalable reporting solutions • Ensure reporting solutions are reliable, repeatable, and aligned to operational workflows and decision-making needs • Develop intuitive, user-friendly dashboards that enable leaders and frontline teams to track performance and identify issues quickly • Apply best practices in data visualization to clearly communicate trends, risks, and opportunities • Continuously enhance dashboards based on user feedback and evolving business needs • Analyze clinical, claims, and encounter data to evaluate outcomes, quality performance, and adherence to clinical standards • Identify variation in care, quality gaps, and utilization trends across populations, providers, and markets • Support performance monitoring of clinical programs, internal teams, and operational workflows • Develop and maintain complex SQL queries, datasets, and analytical models using large healthcare data sources • Ensure data accuracy, validation, and documentation for all operational and analytical reporting • Support ad hoc and deep-dive analyses to explain performance trends and root causes • Work closely with Clinical Operations, Quality, Medical Economics, and Compliance teams to align metrics with strategic and operational priorities • Present dashboards, insights, and recommendations to clinical and executive leadership • Support audits, performance reviews, and internal reporting through data-driven insights • Serve as a subject matter expert for clinical operational reporting and performance measurement • Mentor junior analysts in reporting best practices and analytical rigor • Contribute to analytics standards, data governance, and metric definitions

This role focuses on enabling analytics to support better financial decision-making, developing data products for the Finance and Treasury teams, and extending support to other areas as part of the data analytics team. The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise with strong business acumen and will play a key role in our financial operations and overall data strategy. This position requires adaptability and comfort with fast-changing priorities. You will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, from in-depth data analysis to ad-hoc requests and recurring financial or regulatory reporting. Responsibilities - Translate data into strategy by analysing transactional data and financial performance to generate insights that drive Xapo’s growth. - Synthesise findings and communicate them in a clear, practical, and actionable way through visualisations and storytelling. - Write and manage end-to-end data pipelines. - Design and maintain Looker dashboards to enable self-service analytics for stakeholders. - Act as a strategic partner to the Finance and Treasury teams, as well as other teams across the company, translating business questions into technical data requirements. - Support stakeholders in interpreting and using data in their day-to-day work, providing actionable recommendations based on analysis. - Support the Finance and Treasury teams in identifying and achieving financial efficiencies and delivering strategic recommendations to the business. - Ensure data accuracy and maintain a single source of truth across all reporting. - Automate and improve data processes by implementing analytics and predictive modelling tools. - Continuously identify opportunities to improve data-related processes and approaches. Skills needed - 2+ years of experience in a dedicated data analytics role. - High proficiency in SQL. BigQuery-specific experience is a significant advantage. - Strong data modelling skills. - Experience using Python for data analytics. - Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills in English, with the ability to explain complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders. - Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple analytical projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. - Exceptional analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. - Experience as a Looker (not Looker Studio) developer is a strong plus. - Experience or background in the finance domain, fintech, or the crypto market is a plus. - Experience with GCP products and services such as BigQuery, Cloud Functions, and Vertex AI is a plus. • Performs a variety of highly complex investigative functions to assist BSA/AML with compliance of all Anti-Money Laundering program requirements • Takes responsibility for investigating suspicious activity, reporting money laundering, terrorist financing, and other illicit activities • Prepares comprehensive detailed narratives summarizing the analysis of investigations and reviews all cases for completeness and accuracy • Determines whether a suspicious activity report (SAR) is required to be filed • Ensures compliance with approved policies and procedures related to BSA/AML including case documentation • Offers advice and guidance to junior investigators, assisting in the development of necessary skills and the promotion of continuous improvement initiatives • Leads projects that contribute to workflow or process change and redesign • Quickly and confidently identify trends and patterns of activity which fall outside the bank’s collected EDD/KYC records • Identify trends and changes in financial activity indicating fraud or money laundering • May work with local and federal law enforcement partners for case resolution
