• Define and evolve DOBS strategy, standards, and playbooks aligned to company objectives • Lead strategy deployment and ensure alignment from enterprise to site level • Establish and govern tiered daily management (LDM) and KPI systems across all sites • Build and lead the DOBS capability model including training, certification, and leadership development • Drive cross-functional transformation initiatives across manufacturing and transactional processes • Standardize and scale Lean/CI tools and methodologies across the network • Partner with Finance to validate savings, productivity, and cost improvements • Lead DOBS governance routines and councils • Develop and coach DOBS Leaders and site leadership teams • Ensure sustainment through standard work, audits, and maturity assessments

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred
  • 10+ years of Lean/CI or operations leadership experience
  • Experience deploying a business system (DBS, FBS, etc.) at scale
  • Strong leadership, influencing, and change management capability
  • Deep understanding of Lean, CI, and business system deployment
  • Ability to operate at both strategic and execution levels
